This Friday, UVA Food Assist will go on a Shenandoah Food Justice Retreat to tour food security interventions happening in the Shenandoah Region. The tour will take place on November 17th from 8:30AM-4:30PM and visit Blue Ridge Hunger Action Coalition members, Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, Black Bear Composting, and involve an optional Humpback sunset hike.
