Highlights include: First-ever survey of UVA student food purchasing preferences and knowledge, “plant forward” menus, and the Bicentennial celebration symposium.
2017-2018 Annual Report
Highlights include: Data gathering and tracking across all UVA dining systems, partnering with the Nitrogen Working Group, and Morven Farm's inauguration of the First Lady’s Food Lab.
2016-2017 Annual Report
