The 2020-2021 UVA Sustainable Food Collaborative Annual Report highlights the collaborative work accomplished by SFC, community partners, and University staff, faculty, and students to advance SFC’s 2020 Action Plan at UVA over the past year. Considering food sovereignty and justice as essential to equitable food systems, the report describes progress in each of the five goals outlined in the Action Plan to illustrate achievements and establish long-term metrics.
