WASTED! is an engaging, fast-paced look at not just the problem of food waste but also the people who are finding solutions for it. In a time when more and more people consider themselves “foodies” it’s increasingly up to chefs and restaurateurs to use their power to cut food waste while keeping us eating the most delectable meals imaginable.

WASTED! will not only educate you about the problem of food waste, it will arm you with actionable ways to make a difference. The way we eat has to change… but that doesn’t mean it can’t still be delicious.
