At Morven Farm
Prof. Paul Freedman, Department of Politics, returns to teach his popular Politics of Food class at the Morven Summer Institute. If you've never been to Morven, the farm provides a learning experience unique to UVA—a small class in a historic setting with vast views of mountains, fields, and forests. The farm has a traditional Japanese tea house, meditative spaces for deep thinking, topiary and sculpture, The Morven Kitchen Garden, and of course exquisite botanical gardens.
