2020-2030 Action Plan

The SFC has finalized our 10-Year Sustainable Food Action Plan, expanding upon the goals put forth in UVA’s 2030 Great and Good strategic plan and 2020-2030 UVA Sustainability Plan! Written by the Sustainable Food Collaborative (SFC), composed of UVA staff, faculty, and students, as well as representatives from food-related community non-profits, the action plan is closely inter-twined with UVA’s other sustainability goal action plans (climate, nitrogen, waste, and water). Leadership from UVA’s three dining entities: UVA Dine (Aramark), UVA Health (Morrison’s), and the Darden School of Business are key participants in the SFC.
